Everlast® Advantage Rebate
Chelsea Building Products (“Sponsor”) is pleased to offer a manufacturer’s rebate (the “Offer”) to qualified contractors as set forth below. By participating, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- Eligibility. Offer is valid only for members in good standing of the Everlast® Advantage™ contractor program (“Program”) who purchase qualifying product for use in the ordinary course of their contracting business. Employees, agents, distributors, retailers, and resellers are not eligible. Offer is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
- Qualifying Purchase. For each full square (100 sq ft) of 7-inch Everlast® Lap Siding, Product No. 6901A, in any of the fifteen (15) standard colors (“Qualifying Product”) purchased between 12:00 a.m. ET on July 7, 2025, and 11:59 p.m. ET on September 27, 2025 (“Promotion Period”), Participant will be eligible to receive a ten-dollar (US $10.00) rebate.
- Submission Requirements. Rebate claims must be submitted through the Program portal no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2025 (“Submission Deadline”). Each claim must include:
- A completed electronic rebate form;
- Legible proof(s) of purchase—e.g., invoice or receipt—clearly showing retailer/wholesaler name, purchase date, product description, quantity, and price;
- Participant’s current mailing address and Program membership number.
Incomplete, inaccurate, late, lost, illegible, or duplicate submissions will be rejected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Rebate Payment. Upon verification and approval, Sponsor will issue a check payable to Participant in the amount of US $10.00 per qualified square purchased. Allow six (6)–eight (8) weeks from Sponsor’s receipt and validation of a compliant submission for processing and mailing. Checks not cashed within ninety (90) days of issuance are void.
- Limitations.
- Rebate applies only to first-use purchases; returns or exchanges of Qualifying Product are ineligible.
- Offer may not be combined with any other rebate, promotion, coupon, or discount unless expressly stated by Sponsor.
- Sponsor is not responsible for any technical or platform failures that delay or prevent participation.
- Taxes & Reporting. Participant is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial, or local taxes, fees, or other assessments resulting from receipt of rebate funds. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax reporting form where required by law.
- General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to audit any submission, to require additional documentation, and to disqualify any Participant tampering with the rebate process or acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Sponsor may modify, cancel, or suspend the Offer, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, provided such action does not materially impair previously acquired rights. Should the Program be cancelled or suspended, Sponsor will honor any submission made by the Submission Deadline.
- Governing Law. Offer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
